Important Notice.
All participants must complete a
consent form prior to participating in sport at The Factory.
If you are under 16 you will
need a Parent or Guardian's signature for permission to
skate/bmx at the park. This is for our insurance cover which
legally requires us to have such written consent.
Please ensure you have a Parent
or Guardian with you when visiting the Factory for the first
time to avoid the possibility of not being allowed to skate.

Safety Equipment.
Our insurance cover requires us
to enforce strict rules concerning safety equipment for
those using the skatepark.
These requirements are outwith
The Factory’s control, and failure to comply with them could
result in The Factory losing its insurance cover meaning The
Factory would have to close.
We appreciate your co-operation in this area, we do have a
large amount of hire equipment but thoroughly recommend
getting your own equipment.
Safety equipment requirements
are as follows:
BMXing
Helmets & Kneepads must be worn at all times
Blading
Helmets, Kneepads & Wrist guards must be worn at all times
Boarding
Helmets must be worn at all times, but are strongly
recommended to wear full safety equipment |
